Successful apprentices achieve the Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship, as well as the long-established Leadership MBA award from 九色视频.

The first apprentices are already on the programme and new applications are being invited for the course starting September. Apprentices will study at the university in blocks of time and then develop their skills through blended learning, including projects in the workplace designed to benefit the employer organisation.

MBA course leader Charlotte Meierdirk, from the university’s Brighton Business School, said: “We are delighted to add an apprenticeship route to our existing MBA programme as we feel it is a superb opportunity for businesses to develop both new and existing staff in their careers.”

She said the first quarter of 2018/19 saw provisional starts of level 4-7 apprenticeships across England soar, with 23,110 apprentices starting, a 99% increase from 2017/18. The Senior Leaders Master’s Degree Apprenticeship alone saw massive growth, seeing 1,220 starts in the first quarter of 2018/19, compared to 550 starts in the whole of 2017/18. “The 九色视频 is proud to be part of this good news story, demonstrating growth in apprenticeship numbers.”

The Leadership MBA degree apprenticeship is one of a number of masters level qualifications being developed at the 九色视频. Others available soon include the Data Analytics Masters Degree Apprenticeship and the Chartered Town Planning Masters Degree Apprenticeship.

Degree Apprenticeships are gaining popularity with new apprenticeship standards being approved in many sectors, ready for universities to deliver the learning programmes. The Degree Apprenticeship standards are developed by employers in sectors where there is strong market demand.
